Lifting Arm:

Usually made of high-strength steel, the lifting arm has multiple sections, and the working radius reaches 20.6m. The cross-sectional shape is often hexagonal or octagonal. The hexagonal cross-sectional design of the arm body improves the lifting capacity at the same working radius and enhances the bending and torsion resistance strength.

 

Hydraulic System:

An advanced full-hydraulic control system adopts a post-valve compensation proportional control system, and is equipped with a re-telescoping valve. It is equipped with high-performance hydraulic pumps and control valve groups. The hydraulic system has a fast response speed and high sensitivity, enabling precise and stable operation. Telescoping under load is safer.

 

Outriggers:

Most of them are designed with a large span. The double-stage large-span telescopic outriggers make the operation more stable. The outriggers of some products are made of high-strength materials, which can withstand greater pressure and ensure the stability of the crane during operation.

 

Operation Modes:

Generally, there are two operation modes, manual and remote control, which can realize the control of starting, stopping, horn, lights, etc., making the operation more convenient. At the same time, a remote control function can also be optionally equipped, which is convenient for operators to operate in a safe position away from the dangerous area.

 

Safety Devices:

A torque limiter is installed to monitor the working status of the crane in real time. An over-winding protection device is provided. When the hook rises to the limit position, the protection mechanism will be automatically triggered. The crane is also equipped with balance valves, which are equipped for slewing, telescoping and luffing to maintain the pressure balance of the oil cylinders.

 

Hydraulic System Assembly:

Assemble hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, and oil pipes. First, install the hydraulic pump on the power take-off of the engine or transmission and drive it through the drive shaft. 

 

Boom Assembly:

Assemble the processed boom sections, sliders, pulleys, telescopic cylinders and other components into a boom. First, connect the boom sections in sequence and fix them with pins or bolts. Then, install the sliders and pulleys to ensure that they can slide and rotate flexibly on the boom sections. Finally, install the telescopic cylinder and connect it to the hydraulic system through the hydraulic pipeline to achieve the telescopic function of the boom.
