Lifting Arm:

Hydraulic System:

An advanced full-hydraulic control system adopts a post-valve compensation proportional control system, and is equipped with a re-telescoping valve. It is equipped with high-performance hydraulic pumps and control valve groups. The hydraulic system has a fast response speed and high sensitivity, enabling precise and stable operation. Telescoping under load is safer.

 

Outriggers:

Most of them are designed with a large span. The double-stage large-span telescopic outriggers make the operation more stable. The outriggers of some products are made of high-strength materials, which can withstand greater pressure and ensure the stability of the crane during operation.

 

Operation Modes:

Generally, there are two operation modes, manual and remote control, which can realize the control of starting, stopping, horn, lights, etc., making the operation more convenient. Safety Devices:

A torque limiter is installed to monitor the working status of the crane in real time. An over-winding protection device is provided. The crane is also equipped with balance valves, which are equipped for slewing, telescoping and luffing to maintain the pressure balance of the oil cylinders.

 

Hydraulic System Assembly:

Assemble hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, and oil pipes. First, install the hydraulic pump on the power take-off of the engine or transmission and drive it through the drive shaft. 

 

Boom Assembly:

Assemble the processed boom sections, sliders, pulleys, telescopic cylinders and other components into a boom. First, connect the boom sections in sequence and fix them with pins or bolts. Then, install the sliders and pulleys to ensure that they can slide and rotate flexibly on the boom sections.
