The cranes are usually assembled on trucks. Simply put: the truck-mounted crane is a multi-functional special vehicle that integrates ,lifting, turning and hoisting of goods through hydraulic lifting and telescopic system. It is generally composed of a truck chassis, a cargo compartment, a power take-off, and a crane. The truck chassis can be selected from Dongfeng, FAW, HOWO, Steyr and other tonnages.
 

Structural Design: The folding jib structure is adopted, which is composed of multiple arm sections. The extension and folding of each arm section are controlled by hydraulic cylinders. It can cover a wider range during operation and save space when not in use. High-strength steel is used for some key parts.

Performance Parameters: There are various tonnages available for selection, ranging from 5 tons to a relatively large 20 tons, which can meet the lifting requirements of different goods. The fully extended length of the lifting arm is generally between more than 10 meters and more than 20 meters.
 

 

Operation and Control: Usually, both manual and remote control operation modes are adopted, which facilitates the operators to conduct precise control at different positions. With the adoption of advanced full-hydraulic control systems and technologies such as proportional control with post-valve compensation, compound actions can be achieved. It has good fine-motion performance, and the operation is stable, precise and agile.
